This 3D nursery tool allowed customers to customize a nursery with their favorite products, and save, share, and shop from their design. I adapted a rough proof of concept into the MVP seen here and launched in partnership with our parent company Bed Bath & Beyond.

Users could simply touch/click and drag to look around a 360 view of a room, tap/click to select an object they wanted to change, and browse from a collection of coordinating items from Bed Bath & Beyond, and buybuy Baby.
After launching this version, we continued user testing and optimizing - improving the ways users could interact with items, discover, and shop. I was able to grow our Product and Design team, and transitioned from an IC role to managing a team that helped to grow the product to a wider variety of nursery styles and product lines, and also expanded into bedrooms, dining, and bath.
