Improved information in the Project Details questionnaire in order to better meet customers’ needs and expectations during the design process.
The old version wasn’t collecting enough of the client information designers needed. I updated the sections, and rewrote questions to better reflect what designers needed to kick off a project - adding new questions, removing outdated ones, and rewriting some of the existing to better guide clients through the process.
A major pain point had been issues with completing the questionnaire on mobile. With the majority or users there, it was critical to go through and refine our mobile interactions - ensuring users could easily provide inputs and advance through each question.
